About Program
Elevate Trust with the support of EducationUSA will be assisting 25 Zimbabwean Students with resources to study for their Post Grad Education in the USA in 2023. The opportunity is open to All Zimbabwean students who would like to pursue Postgraduate Studies in the USA July 2023. This initiative is to encourage excellence and it is also centred on making US-higher education accessible to non-elite international students- those especially from low income backgrounds. We will be assisting 3rd and 4th year students in STEM programs with the opportunity of getting:
- Assistance in the application process in securing admission and financial aid from Universities in the USA.
- Scheduled training sessions for Examination Preparation.
- Finance for all costs involved in the application process, including registration fees for the standardized examinations.
- Access to the US Embassy Educational Advising Centre and library resources.
Qualifications/Selection Criteria
- Should be in their 3rd or 4th year of study.
- They should be in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) programs (however this does not restrict students from other programs).
- Candidates should have a very good academic record.
- They should be actively involved in extracurricular activities.
- They should have taken up or are in leadership positions.
- They should be able to demonstrate financial need
